The divorce has been finalized and signed off by the courts. You are officially divorced from your spouse. Your marital assets (your portion, at least,) are in your possession. If you have children and have joint or sole custody of them, you will most likely be receiving child support payments.
Still, there remain quite a few issues to deal with and for the first time in years, you will be making most of those decisions by yourself. It is scary but also exhilarating.
Although your divorce team has now moved on to other clients, Divorce Financial Planning, LLC will make sure that you are headed in the right direction. In a non-collaborative divorce, we will work with you for as long as you feel it is necessary.
