The divorce has been finalized and signed off by the courts. You are officially divorced from your spouse. Your marital assets, your portion at least, are in your possession. If you have children and you have physical custody of them, you will most likely be receiving child support payments. There remain quite a few issues to deal with and for the first time in years, you will be making most of those decisions by yourself. It is scary but also exhilarating.
